Selexon Trading Returns & Refunds
What do I do in case I need to return a product?
Should it be necessary to return an item please email us before sending anything back to us. We may have a better or quicker solution for you.
In case of an exchange, store credit or refund a RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) must be applied for via loging into your account and filling out and submitting the RMA request form.
Most items purchased from Selexon Trading are sold in original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Merchandise is preferred to be returned in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards.
Please place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
In case of returns, shipping and all related costs are the responsibility of the buyer to send it back to Selexon Trading. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Selexon Trading cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
You may return goods for an exchange, store credit or refund excluding any shipping and insurance charges. If the return shipping costs are going to be excessive we will try to organise the return freight.
An exchange, store credit or refund will be provided if the item is of manufactures fault or not fit for purpose.
An exchange, store credit or refund will not be provided if the item:
1. Has signs of been used/mounted/installed or modified and is in good working order.
2. Returned damaged from use/mounting/installation or modified (excluding manufactures damage)
3. You change your mind. (we will be more then happy to offer a product you do want)
